FREE Standard Shipping in FLORIDA

 

ANY Scooter delivered to a FLORIDA address will be delivered FREE within 48 HOURS.

Standard ground shipping is a flat rate in the continental United States (excluding Florida). Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. Most orders ship via Federal Express and arrive on your doorstep within 7-10 business days.

Delivery fees are based on distance from Central Florida. Please contact us when ordering so that we may calculate shipping costs.

* FedEx requires an extra surcharge of $150 for residential delivery requiring a liftgate.

Scooters

Some Travel scooters can ship Fedex, or UPS, and will usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Larger travel scooters will arrive within 6-10 business days via freight carrier. Most medium to full-sized scooters are delivered within 6-10 business days.  All medium or full size scooters are delivered via freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you to arrange a specific delivery time once the scooter is at their facility in your area.

 

Some items require freight delivery. They include:

 

Large and medium scooters  will arrive via a freight company in 5-7 business days from when they leave our store. The freight company will contact you when the item has arrived at the freight facility in your area to schedule a specific delivery time convenient for you.

Orders under $50 add $9.95 standard ground shipping.

 

Certain rural zip codes may have additional delivery charges.

 

International shipping is not available at this time. We cannot ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All scooters are tested to be 100% in working order. If it is not because of an error on our part, you the purchaser, are responsible for shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. ANY Scooter delivered to a FLORIDA address will be delivered FREE within 48 HOURS.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
